It is one of the popular sites in Pune. The garden has lush
green lawns, flower beds and very famous Ganapati temple built by
Madahvrao Peshwas which makes this garden famous among people of
Puna during evenings.
The temple is located at the top of a small hillock in the center
of the park which was earlier surrounded by a lake. The lake dried
up and now has taken a shape of park. The park is a perfect place
for joggers and evening walkers, young and old alike.
The park is located at a distance of 1km from Swargate.
