History

Pune was ruled by Rashtrakutas Dynasty in 1750 AD and then it was called Punewadi. With changes in rulers, the name of the city also kept on evolving. Pune is a bee-hive of dedicated workers for noble cause.

The land was long lived by Peshwas and Shirdi Sai Baba. The birth place of Shivaji Maharaj and great freedom fighters is a major tourist attraction.
