South Pune

Southern Pune is holding famous Parvati Hill and Temple, which is visible from every part of the city. This end of the city is more of a business center. Many of the food grain production in Pune is undertaken here. Many sugar mill, food markets, export houses and ordinance factories are located in this reign.

The former capital of Marathas, Purandhar is also an integral part of this reign. This makes this place a center of tourist attraction. Southern Pune contributes a lot in terms of exports and internal supply of food grains. It is also a training center for cadets corps for Indian Army.
